I Am Experiencing Numbness In Both Hand In Fingers And

I am experiencing numbness in both hand in fingers and the side of the palm plus my knees wobble and I occasionally lose my balance, I did find out my thyroid is low and i have a deficiency of vitaminB6. This all came on over a period of two months. i am scheduled for an EMG next week but is this enough to find anything?
