I Am Experiencing Pain From My Left Shoulder Blade Around

I am experiencing pain from my left shoulder blade around to my front check area. There is also pain in my chest between my breast that seems to go straight through my body. Previously diagnosed with pleurisy. Prescribed meds for two weeks. The pain has returned. Is this normal for pleurisy.
