I Am Experiencing Pain In My Right Shoulder Area When

I am experiencing pain in my right shoulder area when washing my hair, lifting my arm above my head or laying on left side and reaching across my body with right arm. It is also painful trying to sleep on my right side. Most of the pain is in the armpit and upper arm area.
