I Am Experiencing Pain In The Inner Arch And Heel

I am experiencing pain in the inner arch and heel of my right foot. Walking causes a great deal of pain. This came on suddenly two days ago after experiencing pain in my lower back, right side. I have been experiencing sciatica pain for almost a year now. Same leg. Also just finished taking antibiotic cipro about a week ago. I can't tell if this is tendon or bone pain.
