I Am Experiencing Pain On My Right Shoulder. I Lift

I am experiencing pain on my right shoulder. I lift my arm to do something and I hear a crack or a pop sound. My other symptom is a numbness at the bottom of my right toe and also may include other toes sometimes not always. My main concern is I feel dizziness at times not always. I noticed it yesterday when I was picking up my purse from the low chair.
