I Am Experiencing Pain On The Upper Right Quadrant Of

I am experiencing pain on the upper right quadrant of my abdomen. It does not hurt much when I am keeping still but as soon as I move my body the pain increases a lot. I can describe the pain almost as like a bruise. I've never experienced this before and it's lasted for about two days now. I also randomly get chest pain and pain on my left hand. I am 20 year old female.
