I Am Experiencing Pain When Urinating, Defecting; I Have Sores.

I am experiencing pain when urinating, defecting; I have sores. Years ago my ex-husband had an affair and I was diagnosed with herpes. I think I have a new outbreak, but not sure. I have an apt. with a new physician in 6 weeks but I do not think I can wait, with my symptoms. Is there something I can do ?
