I Am Experiencing Quite A Lot Of Cramping In My

I am experiencing quite a lot of cramping in my hands/fingers and my calfs and hamstrings especially at nighttime (on the legs) I have been on painless for quite some time due to my shoulde and back surgeries I had back in 2010 and 2014. Also had knee replaced back in 2011. I have been having these cramps which lock my fingers up and my legs so bad that I sometimes wind up in the floor trying to get the cramps to let go...very painful ? Please let me know what you think...thanks in advance..Raymond
