I Am Experiencing Right Side Pain Both In My Back

I am experiencing right side pain both in my back and side, just below the rib cage. I do not have my gallbladder - it was removed many many years ago, however this pain is similar
I am not in my home town, I am on business travel until Friday evening. The pain started earlier today and isn't lightening up at all. Should I just sleep on it and see how I feel tomorrow. No nausea or feeling poorly. Just pain which goes from sharp pain to burning pain. I also had a shingles vaccination 2 years ago
