I Am Experiencing Ringing In My Right Ear With A

I am experiencing ringing in my right ear with a slightly dull ache for the last 2 or 3 weeks. Sometimes all day, sometimes later in the day.

Almost a month ago, I had cleared it out with the small blue rubber syringe kit. I frequently get terrible wax build to where last time I went to the clinic to have it removed after a month of not being able to hear.
