I Am Experiencing Ringing In The Ears, Rushing And Throbbing

I am experiencing ringing in the ears, rushing and throbbing head, tightness in the throat and neck, and pressure on my chest. Symptoms for the last month or so. I know these are not related to migraines as I am taking my medication and am very familiar wit migraimigraine symptoms, having chronic migraine with vertigo. This is new stuff.
