I Am Experiencing Severe Ankle Cramps That Distorts My Feet

I am experiencing severe ankle cramps that distorts my feet pulling them sideways. Also the craing goes up the outer side of my calves. When this happens I can not straighten my feet and trying to stand up and walk is excruciating. Should I be concerned enough to see my Dr?
