I Am Experiencing Severe Hemorrhoidal Pain. I Have Tried OTC

I am experiencing severe hemorrhoidal pain. I have tried OTC creams and warm baths, I've increased my water intake significantly, increased high fiber foods. I have what I believe to be both internal and external hemorrhoids. I have a colonoscopy scheduled in 8 days. What can I do for the pain in the meantime? Is there anything I can take? I can't sit, stand or barely lay down. I am in sooo much pain.
