I Am Experiencing Severe Nighttime Leg And Feet Cramps, But

I am experiencing severe nighttime leg and feet cramps, but only when I am fully prone, not when I am sitting up in bed reading or watching TV. I am a former dialysis patient so I watch my diet VERY CAREFULLY! I do not smoke or drink and only take 2 prescription drugs. What might be causing the cramps?
