I Am Experiencing Sharp Pain Between My Shoulder Blades Which

I am experiencing sharp pain between my shoulder blades which began about 5 minutes ago. It is not a discomfort that I have experienced before. It seems to align with my spine. Also feel a strange sensation in my right jaw that comes and goes. I am a 71 year old female with no history of extensive back pain. I was diagnosed with lymphoma in 2014 and chemo seems to have taken care of that. Your thoughts?
