I Am Experiencing Sharp Pain In My Upper Arms (bicep

I am experiencing sharp pain in my upper arms (bicep & tricep) and often it is breathtaking just to lift my arms. Do you know what this might be called? I have recently been diagnosed with RA but am interested in finding out what this sensation is named. Thank you
