I Am Experiencing Some Numbness On The Front Part Of

I am experiencing some numbness on the front part of my leg above the kneecap. I also have been getting some pain/numbness in my right hand/arm. Also up the sides of my neck (not both at same time). These seem to come and go at different times. I have had 2 aneurisms in one year and I have another one they have found. I am 62 male 175lbs not overweight. the numbness has been for the last couple days. Any idea what might be causing this to happen? Thanks
