I Am Experiencing Spells Of A Cold Then Very Warm

I am experiencing spells of a cold then very warm sensation in my private area and I think my bladder area and I don't know what to think it may be. I am a 65 year old female. I have spinal stenosis, have high blood pressure, high colesterol, hypothyroidism, asthma and am taking paroxetine. I drink alcohol a few times a week usually beer.
