I Am Experiencing Strong Ammonia Smelling Urine But It Happens

I am experiencing strong ammonia smelling urine but it happens when I'm not expecting it. I drink plenty water, not eight glasses a day but maybe three glasses. The odor is so strong when it happens until when using public restroom the smell is in the next stall. Why??? Thx.
