I Am Experiencing The Symptoms As Described Re Skin Rash.

I am experiencing the symptoms as described re skin rash. I thought they were shingles although I had the shot two years ago. My primary MD stated it was a bacterial rash and prescribed Kenalog cream prescription strength. It has made it worse and redder with small heads on the rash. Prior to this I was using Dermacare(natural) cream alternating with calamine to stop itching. At my wits end. Your thoughts?
