I Am Experiencing Tingling In My Head, Down My Left

I am experiencing tingling in my head, down my left leg, my vision is blurry, and I have horrible vertigo. When I lay down or just sit down I am uncomfortable. I recently found out there is a spot on my brain but apparently thats ok and normal. I have this sensation in my neck that reminds me of a carbonated beverage being sucked through a straw. That I have been dealing with for a couple of months.
