I Am Experiencing Vaginal Bleeding During A Bowel Movement, And

I am experiencing vaginal bleeding during a bowel movement, and during sexual intercourse with my husband. I thought I started my period when I was bleeding after a BM the first time it happened. It has been happening every time I have a BM for the last three days. My husband and I had sex last night, and I was bleeding then too. There is no bleeding when I urinate, and no bleeding between BM's, and no bleeding after sex. I am on the implanon birth control. What is wrong with me?
