I Am Experiencing Wraparound Pain On My Upper Right Foot

I am experiencing wraparound pain on my upper right foot from under toes to area just below the ankle. It came on overnight & has increasingly worsened. The pain is intense and I cannot stand on my foot. This is a very bad situation because I am obese and my left leg which is paralysed from Polio currently has ruptured ACL & McL l injuries. This leg will not hold me up I don't k ow what to do because I can't even get up to use the bathroom. My rheumatologist just retired in December and I don't have a doctor.
