I Am Extremely Fatigued Cold All Of The Time Bruising

I am extremely fatigued cold all of the time bruising easily cant sleep for more than four hours at a time and have a loss of appetite when i do eat i experience nausea vomiting or diarrea what is wrong w me i also have missed a menstrual cycle i do have hypothyroidism and hep c are these problems resulting from this or could something else be wrong
