I Am Extremely Sad. My Surgeon Performed A Proximal Hamstring

I am extremely sad. My surgeon performed a proximal hamstring release on my left leg and I got the surgical report (I requested it) and he did it completely different and now the math seems like the retraction must have been much more and no wonder I limp and my back even acts up. I never go outside and I try not to cry more than once a day. I have questions because for example, the report said he removed 3/4 of my tendon from the orgin...don't know how much was connected in the first place..was my tendon about an inch...originally..that is my first question
