I Am Extremely Stressed My Last Period Was About Mid

I am extremely stressed my last period was about mid January it is now the end of February and I had spotting for about 3 days a a day or two ago and in January a couple days before my period ended my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex and he ejaculated in me and I haven't thrown up or been nauseated I am just really scared please give me an educated answe
