I Am Extremely Tired Especially In The Early Afternoon. Could

I am extremely tired especially in the early afternoon. could this be a symptom of either a thyroid condition or maybe a symptom of diabetes. I am 72 years old and dont expect to be a ball of energy. but this is a new development with me . I do not drink alcohol nor do recreational drugs. I am stumped and this is all new to me. I did have a small stroke a year ago but made a great comeback. I also have c.o.p.d. mild stage and no longer smoke. I take 81 mg asprin a day . I weigh 170 5ft. 9 tall this came on me very quickly am at a loss to explain it
