I Am Facing Ear Problem Like Some Buzzing Sound And

I am facing ear problem like some buzzing sound and hearing problem 1st i visited physician he told me that is ear infection but after 4 days i visited ENT they told mi there is hole in ear they told mi take medicine for 1 week if it is not repaired, then surgery.....plz suggest mi i don't want to surgery....
