I Am Fatigued, Full Ab Pressure Dizzy Weak Left Side

I am fatigued, full ab pressure dizzy weak left side ha, and right scapula pain, pain in lower ribs and hip areas, been like this for a while with full body pain. What do you think is going on. Hx of Bp, anemia, blood in urine, have ovarian cyst, bipolar depression, extreme wt gain, pressure in throat sometimes. Had labs all no except blood in urine. Had ct d no results yet that was 8days ago. Nausea no vomiting, just a very sickly feeling
