I Am Feeling A Fairly Noticeable Pulsating On The Right

I am feeling a fairly noticeable pulsating on the right side of my neck. It is visible when looking in the mirror. I feel okay (just tired as I have been working long hours). There's no pain but it's a little uncomfortable - feels like pressure in the neck.
