I Am Feeling A Tightness And Stiffness Accompanied By Pain

I am feeling a tightness and stiffness accompanied by pain down my neck. I also get these weird sensations-like an adeline rush type feeling through various areas of my body-from my feet to my legs. I am taking 50,000IU of vitamin d (which is when all these sensations started) along with 400 mg of magnesium. Should I stop taking the magnesium as I am concerned that it may be starting to affect my body even my heart a little along with my body's normal bp. Please advise
