I am feeling close to tears most of the day, I also feel angry/agitated and not sleeping well. I am feeling at odds/ unimpressed by close friends at the minute. Who are my friends? and feel I cannot talk to any of them for various reasons- including my husband. There has been no event or altercation - I would like to use the word melancholy but that may be too dramatic. I do feel life is not worth the effort. I force myself to go for a walk in the sunshine and that does help - a distraction really. Should I be talking to someone - i would love to pop a pill and make it all go away. Usually I work through negative episodes but this is different - I have been feeling this way for about a month now. What do you think? Robyn
