I Am Feeling Dryness In Nasal Tract, And Feel Like

I am feeling dryness in nasal tract, and feel like something is choking at the connection side of nasal track and throat, I took warm milk and used tarisin spray, but still having same feeling , even i couldn't sleep whole night . And when I tries to bring the choking stuff down, It irritates a lot and feels more dryness and nothing comes. Please answer soon, I will be really thank ful
