I Am Feeling Like Want To Go To Bathroom With

I am feeling like want to go to bathroom with solid, but when trying nothing is coming. Urinating became more difficult at the same time. This is not constipation, because I am still going normal to bathroom with the solid once a day. Four day each with one tablet of Tamsulosin helped to improve urinating, but did not improve another/opposite side (stool?). Forced to stop because ended with weakness and dangerous pain in the left side of the chest. I would so much appreciate your recommendation. Thank you. George.
