I Am Feeling Pain On The Lower Leg. The Pain

I am feeling pain on the lower leg. The pain is not on the entire lower leg,its in middle bone portion of lower leg. I am feeling pain on both the legs on same portion . When i touch that area it feels very much pain but when i walk its slightly paining .Please suggest
