I Am Feeling Sick. Body Aches, Chills Last Night, But

I am feeling sick. Body aches, chills last night, but not today. Chronic cough for years but now I am coughing up thick white flem and also have flem just come up without coughing. I don't feel good. Took my temperature orally at least two hours after eating or drinking. It was 97.2. Is this a concern? I have just been sitting today and reading a book. No energy which is not usual for me. Do not have any sinus symptoms. Chronic cough has been explained as complications of allergies and/ or mild asthma at times. But now my chest feels tighter than usual and the cough does not seem as deep as usual.
