I Am Feeling Vey Mild Pain Or Uneasiness On Whole

I am feeling vey mild pain or uneasiness on whole left leg which started from the groin area.m even i am feeling little uneasiness (no pain) on my lft testical. This uneasiness (slight numbness) starts feom left groon area to whole left leg) This might alos happen due to my gym routine where i might have pulled any muscle but I don’t remember any such thing
