I Am Female 44 I Have Constant Pain Lower Front

I am female 44 I have constant pain lower front side of belly. Now seems to be on side and lower back.. I've had a pap and it says abnormal cells but not showing anything too bad yet. Been getting that checked every 6 months for about 2 yrs now. Don't know if that has anything to do with the pain.?
The pain just started about a week ago. Feels like a burning sensation.
