I Am Female, 49 Years Old, I Have Extreme Joint

I am female, 49 years old, I have extreme joint pain in neck, knees, heels, and lower back and two fingers that hurt sooooo bad. I have not idea what is causing this many think I am not in pain due to my age. Well I can even sleep I hurt so bad. what could be causing this. I cant hardly walk my heels and backs of my feet hurt so bad. Sorry I don't mean to sound like a crybabie. I just want relief so I can sleep and walk, and work full time.
