I Am Female 54 Years Old. Hx Heart Attack X2,

I am female 54 years old. Hx heart attack x2, cathed but no stints; polycystic kidney dx with HTN, controlled with lisinopril, cardizem, isosobide, hydralazine. I am having chest pain x3 days, comes on gradually during every day activities, like walking, or household chores, also waking at night with chest pain. Pain scale 5ish. relieved by rest, but worse when laying down. Today the pain is also when I eat. If I continue with activity the pain radiates upwards to my neck and left arm. I went to the ER last night, all enzymes, cbc, bmp, and chest xray were in normal limits. The ER discharged me stating they dont know what the problem is, but it is not my heart, and that I may need a stress test.
