I Am Female 56 Yrs Old Started Vomitting Last Thursday

I am female 56 yrs old Started vomitting last Thursday for 8 hrs on the hr. Then went to diarrhea. Stomach very sore the next day. Thought it was the flu. Sunday night food nauseated me. Did not vomit but very query ever since Sunday now my upper right quadrant feels pressure, bloating. Also right back flank and off and on right shoulder pain. Terribly bloated if I eat. Trying to stick to soup. Flu or gallbladder possibly?
