I Am Female 69 Yrs. Old . I Have Recurring

I am female 69 yrs. old . I have recurring symptoms of uti. Urinalysis test negative. I have seen 2 urologist and they could not find a problem. I have been taking tramadol er 300 appx. 10 yrs. read an uncommon side effect was frequent urination, burning and painful. Also pressure in pelvic? Any advice? Thanks
