I Am Female, 77 Years Old And In Good Health.

I am female, 77 years old and in good health. I do not take prescription meds, just over-the-counter vitamins (I-CPS, 2 each day) and one Equate brand of estroblend for night sweats. For the last 3 weeks I have added a mucus and sinus relief tablet due to sinus headaches. Could any of these combinations be causing leg cramps? In order to loose some weight I also include yogurt with a little granola and toasted almonds for breakfast. Do you see any red flags leading to leg cramps here?
