I Am Female 88 Years Old, Have Had Steroids For

I am female 88 years old, have had steroids for copd. finished 2 days ago. Experiencing pain on left side of body above waist. startd to put aspercremeon back when I felt something. looked in mirror and saw aboout 4 red welts? or large bug bites? Could this be shingles? Am due to have endoscopy on Sept 13. Am taking warfarin. Can't do scope? In pain....taking Tylenol 500 . have stage 4 kidney disease.
