I Am Female. Have A Hard Tubular Mass On The

I am female. Have a hard tubular mass on the left of my abdomen that runs vertically from pubic area up to navel area and is painful with pressure, sometimes without too. I have also found what seem to be cysts under my jawline and also the glands on both sides of my trachea have been really inflamed for months. These normally get swollen when you have strep or tonsillitis but I don't have either, my tonsils were removed at 7 years of age and I will be 60 yrs old in about 2 months
