I Am Female Age 61 , I Started About 2

I am female age 61 , I started about 2 mos. ago having tremors in my left hand arm and shoulder. I went to my pcp he in turn sent me to a neuro. doctor. Before any test he said I have parkinsons. and gave me medications. I had a brain MRI , neck MRI, and a NCV of the left arm. The brain MRI was normal, the neck MRI showed herniated disk X2, The NCV showed nerve (Ulmar nerve intrapment ) I have no family history of parkinsons dz. and no other systoms. could this be something els?
