I Am Female Age 72 With Diabetes And In The

I am female age 72 with diabetes and in the last 2 wks. have developed severe pain in my muscles and joint, can't lay down comfortable, can't stand or walk without sever pain. My doc. took urine test almost a wk ago and it was negative. Asprin will reduce some of it, but I have had low blood plateles about 3 months ago. What can I do to stop pain?
