I Am Female Aged 53, Height 5'6 13stone 13lbs. For

I am female aged 53, height 5'6 13stone 13lbs. For almost 1year I have had a pain in my head 24/7 more to the right side. I have seen a neurologist who told me migraines, I have tried 2 Triptans, propranolol, paracetamol, codeine, Sudafed, brufen and nothing helps. In the last 3 weeks I have developed problems with my hearing, a ringing sound which is muffled. Yesterday I lost my vision and hearing for about 15mins at work, I did not lose consciousness. Any ideas what it may be as googling isn't a good idea!! Thanks
