I Am Female Aged 64 And Just Found Out 1month

I am female aged 64 and just found out 1month ago that I have a ferritin level of 342 , I have an apointment with the Red Cross for a therapeutic phlebotomy in 6 days on May 11 . We have an out of state trip scheduled
then and I want to know is it safe for me to postpone the blood deaw for 2 weeks or a month?
