I Am Female, And I Have An Almost Healed Jones

I am female, and I have an almost healed Jones Fracture on the right side of my right foot. My foot has currently started to swell, and I have intense pain now across the top of my foot. It is not only with every step I take, but is also sore to the touch. My Orthopaedic doctor can't seem to help me, do I need to see a Neurologist?
